Indeed We have revealed upon you the Book for the mankind with the Truth; then whoever is guided with It, it is for himself; and whoever is strayed, then he is strayed upon her, and you are not an authority upon them.
The Truth Adhikr is revealed for the entire mankind irrespective of religion, caste, color, sex, nation, etc. So, it is the duty of believers to convey It to the entire mankind. If he doesn’t do so, then he will become the transgressing hypocrites who will enter Hell even without Trial, as explained in verses 2: 99 and 4: 145. No one can guide any other one. Since the Impartial Lord has taught everyone Adhikr from Paradise itself, no one can blame others for his astray. Adhikr—the Guidance from the Lord—which explains everything, is formed as a Book today; whether male or female, whoever holds to It, is guided in the Straightpath, as told in verses 2: 256; 3: 101; 4: 174-175, and 5: 48. Since the Arabic Quran-reading Fujjar are hiding Adhikr, they will be dragged into Hell prone on their faces; such are in the worst places and are the most astray, as told in verses 25: 33-34 and 65-66. Adhikr revealed to Messenger Muhammed contains all 312 Books revealed from the Lord before for 312 Messengers and their upright explanations. It is revealed to Messenger Muhammed to explain to mankind, and those who receive It may meditate and reflect on It to others, as explained in verses 16: 43-44.
